Gather round
The world is a heavy place—and a beautiful one. As introspective men, we wrestle with what masculinity and strength mean today. We want to be supportive, standup sons, spouses, fathers, brothers, and friends, yet our culture hasn’t given us many tools to do it healthily. These gatherings aim to effect a shift in each of us—a broadening of our understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.
Come as yourself,
leave as your better self.

IMMERSION ONE:
Theme:
Deconstructing Masculinity
Root down
It’s serious, it’s fun. It’s solo work, it’s group support. It’s inside of us. It’s in the woods. Where fire, forest, water, and friends come together. With good food, deep sleep, a lot of thought, and a dose of play.
Your practitioners, Sean + DeeDee + Ian
Sean Crotty, MPH, PsyD Candidate / Soul Plus Spirit
Sean forges his most valuable connections with people. His keen interest in holistic health led him to earn a Master’s of Public Health from Westminster College. There, he was struck by perhaps our greatest global health crisis: mental health. Sean is currently earning a doctoral degree in depth psychology at the Pacifica Graduate Institute.
Sean specializes in Jungian depth psychology and eco-psychology. With a profound commitment to supporting individuals on their journey of self-discovery. Sean integrates the wisdom of analytical psychology with the insights of eco-psychology to foster holistic growth and transformation. Sean also incorporates eco-psychological practices into his sessions, encouraging clients to explore their relationship with nature as a source of healing and renewal.
DeeDee Jones, Intuitive Healer/ Soul Technologies
DeeDee is a soul that leads with her heart’s intuition. Her gift is to embody a safe, non-judgmental space for those who are seeking to find a sanctuary of peace within themselves. She is also willing to be forthright, helping others walk through their shadows, while helping them to create sacred boundaries and self-sovereignty.
With 15 plus years of experience, DeeDee’s specialties are creating compassionate environments for healing, reading the energy of the soul, interpreting traumatic energy patterns, and helping people unearth the wisdom of their own souls. She does this through in depth energy readings and other ancient healing technologies such as automatic writing, energy healing, yoga nidra, sound healing and more.
Ian Napper, M.Ed/ Sacred Listening.Earth
Ian brings a sensitive and trauma-informed lens to individual and group work. Ian is an Army veteran who decided to walk his healing path. Ian holds a Masters in Education in Trauma, Resilience, and Restorative Justice.
Ian is a Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide specializing in teaching regulation practices, mindfulness meditation, mindful movement, gentle yoga, breathing, and leading groups for therapeutic Nature immersion, aka Forest Bathing (shinrin-yoku).
All of Ian’s sessions have a focus on self-compassion and gentle transformation through expanded awareness, acceptance, and reflection. He reminds his participants that their OWN experience and body is their best teacher.
What to expect:
Why men’s work?
While men suffer their fair share of challenges, we get so afraid of being seen a certain way that we don’t take the first step to feeling better. We end up lonely. Needing to feel special. Feeling in competition with one another. Sometimes mistreating those we love most. Sometimes we overuse substances. And other times we just wall ourselves off.
This work isn’t just about stepping on the other side of your limited beliefs about yourself. It’s about looking into the mirror and seeing an honest reflection of how you show up in the world and what you feel needs to be done in order to move through it.

The outcome:
a more grounded, more opened version of yourself.
How do we become a haven for ourselves? This requires removing old narratives about ourselves and stepping into a new way of being. What's on the other side of the story we have about ourselves? What's keeping us from that? This isn't about BECOMING who you are, it's about removing what has not been working for you. The narratives about yourself that you’ve subscribed to.
Our experience of how we interact in the world is based on what is going on inside us. How we see and interact with the world is a projection of our inner state. We support you in working through this. The better we understand our way of being, the more peace can feel.
